Responsibilities -Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans) -Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan -Provide after-sales support to retain customers -Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queriesBuild strong client relationships, through regular communication -Report on the status of accounts -Suggest company products/services that maximise client satisfaction -Communicate product and pricing details clearly -Coordinate with Account Executives and Account Managers to create customised sales plans for key clients -Promote new products/services to existing customersApply
Responsibilities -Develop a customer health benchmarks to identify at risk customers before escalation is required -Evaluate, select and implement the most effective Customer Success Management platform -Implement an account planning process for strategic customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and upsell potential -Set and prioritise tasks, KPIs, and goals -Promote a customer-centric mentality across the organization -Engage directly with customers to gain valuable feedback and establish executive level relationshipsApply
