Job Description



We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with a passion for investment who is

looking to challenge themselves in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The

successful candidate will be empowered to help drive profitability to individuals and

businesses in areas such as investment and business continuation, ensuring that

solutions are delivered for our clients.





Our client is independently owned and not tied to any product provider. They provide

financial advisory services to individuals and businesses in the areas of investment,

insurance,retirement, corporate pensions, group employee benefits, business

continuation and general insurance. Together with their partners, they also provide

the right solutions to clients in estate distribution and mortgage refinancing.





Job Summary Responsibilities


The team is made up of industry veterans and professionals. The wealth of experience that they bring with them forms an epitome of quality financial advice for our clients. Their ongoing rigorous training programmes allow for professional development that is geared towards effectively monitoring and managing our client’s financial well-being.




·        Establish productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling,using referrals etc

·        Understanding market fundamentals and trends,in order to effectively explain the information to clients

·        Evaluate business or customers’ needs,financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria

·        Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles

·        Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives




·        Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis

·        Proven ability to achieve goals and set targets

·        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present,influence and sell effectively

·        Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

·        BSc/BA in Banking, Finance, Business or a related field
