The programme is open to candidates from all disciplines– we place a strong emphasis on your overall potential. At the start of the programme, we will provide comprehensive training to help you build a good foundation in financial knowledge & skills.

What training will I receive?

Our training structure is based on a mix of experience, education and exposure. The intensive curriculum includes financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules. After the initial training, ongoing training and development opportunities will also be provided.


The MA Programme manager will work with you to design your Individual Development Plan, leading towards a generalist track. After graduating from the programme, key considerations will be based on your individual strengths and career interests as well as business needs.

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field
